ATE Food is a consumer lifestyle app that helps users log meals, estimate calories, identify foods from images, understand eating patterns, and receive AI-powered lifestyle coaching. ATE Food is designed for food awareness, habit tracking, personal organization, and lifestyle reflection.

This Privacy Policy explains how ATE Food collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile app, website, AI coaching features, food-recognition tools, calorie-estimation tools, subscriptions, communications, and related services.

2. Lifestyle and AI Notice

Ate Food provides lifestyle information and AI-generated food insights. Calorie estimates, food-recognition outputs, portion estimates, nutrition estimates, and AI coaching may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your personal circumstances.

ATE Food does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or medical condition. Ate Food does not provide medical advice, nutrition therapy, emergency services, or clinical care.

You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions about medical conditions, allergies, eating disorders, pregnancy, diabetes, medication, treatment, or other health-related matters.

Unless we separately enter into a written agreement stating otherwise, ATE Food is a direct-to-consumer lifestyle app and is not intended to be a HIPAA-covered entity or HIPAA business associate. The HIPAA analysis can change if the app is offered through or on behalf of a healthcare provider, health plan, employer health program, or other covered entity.
